Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Madonna And Child With Saints Elizabeth And Other Members Of The Holy Family: The Holy Kinship by Vincent Sellaer was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in January 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 43,750.00 (€ 31,542.90) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Vincent Sellaer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Allegory Of Charity in June 2015 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 134,480.90).

Die Arbeit The Madonna And Child With Saints Elizabeth And Other Members Of The Holy Family: The Holy Kinship von Vincent Sellaer kam im Januar 2010 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 31.542,90) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
