Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2006 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Pictures, which included the work Comfy furnishings by Viktor Lyapkalo. The price achieved of GBP 600.00 (€ 878.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Viktor Lyapkalo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The fruits of passion, which sold at auction in January 2006 for GBP 1,320.00 (€ 1,934.73).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Comfy furnishings von Viktor Lyapkalo zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 600,00 (€ 878,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Viktor Lyapkalo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The fruits of passion beobachtet, die im Januar 2006 für GBP 1.320,00 (€ 1.934,73) versteigert wurde.
