In June 2016 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Senza titolo by Valentino Vago. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,200.00 47% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Valentino Vago have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza titolo in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 11,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 47 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2016 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Valentino Vago zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.200,00 und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Valentino Vago auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza titolo im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.000,00.
