A top price for Valdemar Nyström - as previously expected
In December 2013 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm, which included the work Summer Landscape with poppies, scene from Grez by Valdemar Nyström. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 300,000.00 – 400,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 320,000.00 (€ 36,136.15) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Summer Landscape with poppies, scene from Grez is the most expensive artwork by Valdemar Nyström that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2013 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Summer Landscape with poppies, scene from Grez von Valdemar Nyström zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 300.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 320.000,00 (€ 36.136,15) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Summer Landscape with poppies, scene from Grez das teuerste Kunstwerk von Valdemar Nyström, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
