Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Escape Artists 2.0: The Non-Conformists Online, which included the work A Group Of Three Drawings 3 by Vadim Sidur. It changed hands for a price of USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,465.26) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vadim Sidur have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian hula Hoop in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 19,505.30).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Escape Artists 2.0: The Non-Conformists Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Group Of Three Drawings 3 von Vadim Sidur zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 2.750,00 (€ 2.465,26) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vadim Sidur auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian hula Hoop im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 19.505,30).
