Edo period (1615-1868), 19th century
A surimono shikishiban print entitled Kuro ōboki (Large Black Brooms), from an unknown series comparing women and colors, depicting a woman, possibly the Ohara Maiden holding a pipe and tobacco pouch, before a bundle of brushwood and cherry blossoms and a poem, signed Ōju Sadakage ga and with the artist's kaō (cursive monogram)
