The work Waiting by Ursula Vivian McCannell was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2006. The price achieved of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,346.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Waiting is the most expensive artwork by Ursula Vivian McCannell that we have observed at auctions so far.
