Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Milano scontri in via Mancini sede del M.S.I. 1970 ca. by Uliano Lucas was auctioned at Il Ponte in April 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 200.00 – 300.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 150.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Uliano Lucas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Vivere nel milanese 1970 ca., which sold at auction in April 2018 for EUR 500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Milano scontri in via Mancini sede del M.S.I. 1970 ca. von Uliano Lucas im April 2018 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 150,00 den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Uliano Lucas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Vivere nel milanese 1970 ca. beobachtet, die im April 2018 für EUR 500,00 versteigert wurde.
