Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Milano - Ritratto in periferia 1970 ca. by Uliano Lucas was auctioned at Il Ponte in April 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 150.00 – 250.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 100.00. Admittedly, works by Uliano Lucas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vivere nel milanese 1970 ca. in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Milano - Ritratto in periferia 1970 ca. von Uliano Lucas im April 2018 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 150,00 – 250,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 100,00 den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Uliano Lucas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vivere nel milanese 1970 ca. im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 500,00.
