A top price for Ugo Mazzolari
In June 2008 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture, which included the work Lago Ai Piedi Dello Jungfrau by Ugo Mazzolari. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 9,375.00 56% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Lago Ai Piedi Dello Jungfrau the most expensive artwork by Ugo Mazzolari that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2008 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lago Ai Piedi Dello Jungfrau von Ugo Mazzolari zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 9.375,00 und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
