Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work The Rescue by Ugo Manaresi for GBP 1,195.00 (€ 1,768.62). This price was achieved in the auction British and Continental Pictures at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ugo Manaresi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Livorno, trasporto sul canale, 1883 in December 2003 with an auction result of EUR 44,640.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Rescue von Ugo Manaresi für GBP 1.195,00 (€ 1.768,62) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British and Continental Pictures bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ugo Manaresi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Livorno, trasporto sul canale, 1883 im Dezember 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 44.640,00.
