Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Tristan Lacroix achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in February this year. In the Collections, Including the Selected Contents of Meldon Park auction, the work On the hunt unframed sold for GBP 446.25 (€ 509.01) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tristan Lacroix achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pink, Red and Yellow Roses in a ceramic Jug in an Interior in June 2002 with an auction result of USD 9,560.00 (€ 9,699.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tristan Lacroix erzielte im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Collections, Including the Selected Contents of Meldon Park wurde die Arbeit On the hunt unframed für GBP 446,25 (€ 509,01) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tristan Lacroix erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pink, Red and Yellow Roses in a ceramic Jug in an Interior im Juni 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.560,00 (€ 9.699,68).
