Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Femme Nue (Nude Woman) by Tran Van Ha was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2020. The price achieved of HKD 50,400.00 (€ 5,582.21) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tran Van Ha achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Trung Sisters in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,125,000.00 (€ 123,258.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Femme Nue (Nude Woman) von Tran Van Ha wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.400,00 (€ 5.582,21) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tran Van Ha erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Trung Sisters im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.125.000,00 (€ 123.258,88).
