Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Deers drinking water in the forest by Tran Minh Thi was sold in the Indochine auction at Sothebys in Paris in April last year. The price achieved of EUR 3,780.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tran Minh Thi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape Of The Middle Region Of North Vietnam, Diptych in October 2020 with an auction result of HKD 945,000.00 (€ 104,666.44).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Deers drinking water in the forest von Tran Minh Thi wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Indochine bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.780,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tran Minh Thi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape Of The Middle Region Of North Vietnam, Diptych im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 945.000,00 (€ 104.666,44).
