A set of 12 album leaves, in ink and colours on silk, each depicting a scene from chapters of Genji monogatari (The Tale of Genji), the inside front and back painted on gold paper with windswept autumnal grasses and plants, each sealed Tosa Mitsusada except for the last signed Edokoro azukari Tosa Junshii no ge Tosa no kami Fujiwara Mitsusada hitu with seal Mitsusada. Each approx., 25cm x 25cm (9 7/8in x 9 7/8in).
