Sold at the upper estimate price
In May last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Gäddskallen". by Torsten Renqvist. The auction ended at the price of SEK 18,000.00 (€ 1,717.64), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Torsten Renqvist achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Hästlyftaren" in May last year with an auction result of SEK 380,000.00 (€ 36,261.30).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Gäddskallen". von Torsten Renqvist zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 18.000,00 (€ 1.717,64) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Torsten Renqvist erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Hästlyftaren" im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 380.000,00 (€ 36.261,30).
