Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nomenclature by Tony Lewis was auctioned at Phillips in London in December this year. It achieved a price of GBP 6,985.00 (€ 8,046.45), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Admittedly, works by Tony Lewis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work no in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 79,588.87).
