Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 875.00 (€ 1,045.62). Admittedly, works by Tom Purvis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work WHITLEY BAY in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,931.18).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 875,00 (€ 1.045,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tom Purvis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit WHITLEY BAY im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 7.931,18).
