Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Odalisque Express. by Tom Blackwell was auctioned at VAN HAM in February last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,376.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tom Blackwell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Exiting Celine. Monaco" in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 193,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Odalisque Express. von Tom Blackwell kam im Februar letzten Jahres bei VAN HAM zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.376,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.800,00 – 2.400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tom Blackwell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Exiting Celine. Monaco" im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 193.500,00.
