Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Musician by Tito Conti was auctioned at Christies in London in January 2016. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,820.90). Admittedly, works by Tito Conti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Italian Agreeable Tidings in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 66,000.00 (€ 48,316.25).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Musician von Tito Conti kam im Januar 2016 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 9.820,90) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tito Conti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Italian Agreeable Tidings im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 66.000,00 (€ 48.316,25).
