Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Titina Maselli could be acquired at Christies in Milan in May 2002 for an unexpectedly low price. In the ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA auction, the work Stadio palazzo changed hands for EUR 3,720.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Titina Maselli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calciatore nello stadio in June last year with an auction result of EUR 15,120.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Titina Maselli konnte im Mai 2002 bei Christies in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA wechselte die Arbeit Stadio palazzo für EUR 3.720,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Titina Maselli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calciatore nello stadio im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.120,00.
