The work Farewell My Concubine(Painted in 1977) by T'Ing Yin-Yung was auctioned at China Guardian in October last year. It achieved a price of HKD 168,000.00 (€ 21,528.49), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 68%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by T'Ing Yin-Yung achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers In A Jar (Painted In 1971) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 1,680,000.00 (€ 1,715,608.70).

Die Arbeit Farewell My Concubine(Painted in 1977) von T'Ing Yin-Yung kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 168.000,00 (€ 21.528,49) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von T'Ing Yin-Yung erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowers In A Jar (Painted In 1971) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.680.000,00 (€ 1.715.608,70).
