Auction result well in line with expectations

In April 2011 Christies in London held the auction Old Master & British Paintings, which included the work Huntsmen and hounds in a wooded river landscape, kennels beyond by Thomas Stringer. The price achieved of GBP 44,450.00 (€ 50,058.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Thomas Stringer have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2005 the work Huntsmen And Hounds In A River Landscape With Stables Beyond was auctioned for GBP 66,000.00 (€ 96,962.34).

Im April 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Master & British Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Huntsmen and hounds in a wooded river landscape, kennels beyond von Thomas Stringer zur Versteigerung kam.
