This artwork by Tomas Rajlich achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in April 2020. In the Contemporary Curated auction, the work Galla 2 sold for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,379.28) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tomas Rajlich - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans titre, which sold at auction in May this year for EUR 40,320.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Tomas Rajlich erzielte im April 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Curated wurde die Arbeit Galla 2 für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.379,28) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 7.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Tomas Rajlich mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans titre beobachtet, die im Mai diesen Jahres für EUR 40.320,00 versteigert wurde.
