In June 2013 Christies in London held the auction Maritime Art, which included the work Reflections In A Calm; And A Dutch Trader And Other Vessels At Sea (One Illustrated) by Thomas Lucop. Other works by Thomas Lucop have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 2,390.00 (€ 3,585.88) in May 2004 for the work Light airs at dusk.
