In July 2005 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Pictures, which included the work Brig O' Turk by Thomas Hodgson Liddell. It changed hands for a price of GBP 180.00 (€ 261.09) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 100.00 – 200.00. Other works by Thomas Hodgson Liddell have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2005 the work Hong Kong at dusk was auctioned for GBP 300.00 (€ 435.43).

Im Juli 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Brig O' Turk von Thomas Hodgson Liddell zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 180,00 (€ 261,09) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 100,00 – 200,00. Andere Arbeiten von Thomas Hodgson Liddell konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2005 die Arbeit Hong Kong at dusk für GBP 300,00 (€ 435,43) versteigert.
