Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Hunting Party Before An Inn by Thomas Heeremans was sold in the Old Master and British Paintings auction at Christies in London in April 2016. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,793.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Thomas Heeremans have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A River Landscape With Figures In Boats Moored Beside A Village in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 34,100.00 (€ 46,336.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Hunting Party Before An Inn von Thomas Heeremans wurde im April 2016 in der Auktion Old Master and British Paintings bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.793,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Heeremans auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A River Landscape With Figures In Boats Moored Beside A Village im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 34.100,00 (€ 46.336,12).
