The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,224.67) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape With Sheep By A Stream is the most expensive artwork by Thomas George Cooper that we have observed at auctions so far.
