This artwork by Thomas Fougeirol achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in April 2013. In the “Cent Briques pour Madagascar 2” Sale benefiting to Ecoles du Monde auction, the work Sans Titre sold for EUR 900.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 501.00. Admittedly, works by Thomas Fougeirol have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans titre in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 8,125.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 80 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Thomas Fougeirol erzielte im April 2013 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion “Cent Briques pour Madagascar 2” Sale benefiting to Ecoles du Monde wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre für EUR 900,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 501,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Fougeirol auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans titre im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.125,00.
