Auction result well in line with expectations
The work O.T. (Palast) 51 by Thomas Florschuetz was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2010. The price achieved of EUR 10,625.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Thomas Florschuetz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ricochet IX, which sold at auction in June 2002 for GBP 14,340.00 (€ 22,180.73).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit O.T. (Palast) 51 von Thomas Florschuetz kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.625,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Thomas Florschuetz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ricochet IX beobachtet, die im Juni 2002 für GBP 14.340,00 (€ 22.180,73) versteigert wurde.
