In March 2006 Christies in London held the auction British and Victorian Pictures, which included the work At The Seaside by Thomas Falcon Marshall. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,470.40), 56% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Thomas Falcon Marshall have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tibbie Inglis, the shepherd's daughter in March last year with an auction result of GBP 15,250.00 (€ 18,080.59).

Im März 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Victorian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit At The Seaside von Thomas Falcon Marshall zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.120,00 (€ 4.470,40) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Falcon Marshall auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tibbie Inglis, the shepherd's daughter im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.250,00 (€ 18.080,59).
