A top price for Theodoros Pantaleon - as previously expected
In November 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work Greek Woman With Bird by Theodoros Pantaleon. The result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,136.13) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Greek Woman With Bird is the most expensive artwork by Theodoros Pantaleon that we have observed at auctions so far.
