In June 2007 Christies in London held the auction Works of Art from the Collection of S.A.R. La Principessa Reale Maria Gabriella di Savoia, which included the work Lys Des Sables by Théodore Stravinsky. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 780.00 (€ 1,157.48), 56% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Théodore Stravinsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Spring Blooms In A Glass Vase By A Window, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 2,280.00 (€ 3,383.41).

Im Juni 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Works of Art from the Collection of S.A.R. La Principessa Reale Maria Gabriella di Savoia durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lys Des Sables von Théodore Stravinsky zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 780,00 (€ 1.157,48) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Théodore Stravinsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Spring Blooms In A Glass Vase By A Window beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 2.280,00 (€ 3.383,41) versteigert wurde.
