Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Theo Wolvecamp was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2013. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,875.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Theo Wolvecamp achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in December 2006 with an auction result of EUR 33,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Theo Wolvecamp kam im März 2013 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.875,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Theo Wolvecamp erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 33.600,00.
