Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Utan titel by Thea Ekström was sold in the Lilla Bukowskis S192 auction at Bukowski in Helsinki in March 2010. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 6,800.00 (€ 697.80). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Thea Ekström - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "18 VII", which sold at auction in September this year for SEK 18,000.00 (€ 1,561.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Utan titel von Thea Ekström wurde im März 2010 in der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S192 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 6.800,00 (€ 697,80) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Thea Ekström mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "18 VII" beobachtet, die im September diesen Jahres für SEK 18.000,00 (€ 1.561,22) versteigert wurde.
