Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Tetsumi Kudo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in December 2015. In the Post War & Contemporary Art 1 auction, the work Sans Titre - 1967 sold for EUR 103,480.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tetsumi Kudo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans Titre, which sold at auction in December 2016 for EUR 211,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tetsumi Kudo erzielte im Dezember 2015 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art 1 wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1967 für EUR 103.480,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Tetsumi Kudo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans Titre beobachtet, die im Dezember 2016 für EUR 211.500,00 versteigert wurde.
