In April 2017 Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Carte De Nouvel An Pour Arthur Schwartz - 1964 by Tetsumi Kudo. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,600.00 73% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tetsumi Kudo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans Titre in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 211,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 73 % übertroffen
Im April 2017 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Carte De Nouvel An Pour Arthur Schwartz - 1964 von Tetsumi Kudo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.600,00 und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tetsumi Kudo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans Titre im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 211.500,00.
