Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Shugo (Gathering) by Tatsuoki Nambata was sold in the Asobi: Japanese & Korean Postwar Art auction at Christies in London in October 2016. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 7,658.96). Admittedly, works by Tatsuoki Nambata have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Étude (Study) in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,205.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Shugo (Gathering) von Tatsuoki Nambata wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Asobi: Japanese & Korean Postwar Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 7.658,96) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tatsuoki Nambata auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Étude (Study) im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.205,98).
