Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Sans Titre by Tasha Amini was auctioned at Bonhams in June this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 1,000.00 – 2,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 768.00. Other works by Tasha Amini have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October last year by the work without title at GBP 1,260.00 (€ 1,467.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Sans Titre von Tasha Amini im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 768,00 den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Tasha Amini wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres die Arbeit ohne Titel mit GBP 1.260,00 (€ 1.467,89).
