Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Il gioco della palla by Tancredi was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in May 2021. The price achieved of EUR 176,400.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tancredi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Omaggio a Debussy (Il cielo la terra e l’acqua) in October this year with an auction result of EUR 730,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Il gioco della palla von Tancredi kam im Mai 2021 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 176.400,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tancredi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Omaggio a Debussy (Il cielo la terra e l’acqua) im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 730.800,00.
