Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Green Room, 2015 by Tamina Amadyar for USD 1,785.00 (€ 1,476.06). This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Tamina Amadyar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work „pvc“. in December 2017 with an auction result of EUR 6,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Green Room, 2015 von Tamina Amadyar für USD 1.785,00 (€ 1.476,06) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in Los Angeles erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tamina Amadyar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit „pvc“. im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.250,00.
