Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Takesada Matsutani was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November this year. The price achieved of HKD 756,000.00 (€ 88,712.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 600,000.00 – 1,200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Takesada Matsutani - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Work 65-W, which sold at auction in June this year for GBP 214,200.00 (€ 249,291.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Takesada Matsutani kam im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 756.000,00 (€ 88.712,87) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 600.000,00 – 1.200.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Takesada Matsutani mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Work 65-W beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für GBP 214.200,00 (€ 249.291,92) versteigert wurde.
