The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Farhat Al Nuba (The Happiness of Nubia) in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 749,000.00 (€ 697,328.00).

Die Arbeit Face Of A Nubian Girl von Tahia Halim wurde im April 2010 in der Auktion International Modern & Contemporary Art, Including Masterpieces from The Collection of Dr. Mohammed Said Farsi bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 68.500,00 (€ 51.496,02) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 71%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tahia Halim erzielen.
