Sold at the lower estimate price
In June 2016 Christies in New York held the auction Living With Art, which included the work Les Étangs d'Abbeville by Suzanne Eisendieck. The result of USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,359.68) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Suzanne Eisendieck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Restaurant Au Port De St. Jean in March 2007 with an auction result of GBP 13,200.00 (€ 19,428.89).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2016 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Living With Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Étangs d'Abbeville von Suzanne Eisendieck zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 1.500,00 (€ 1.359,68) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 200.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Suzanne Eisendieck erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Restaurant Au Port De St. Jean im März 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.200,00 (€ 19.428,89).
