Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tiga Gadis Yunani by Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo was sold in the Figure and Form: Modern Art Featuring Bridging Generations, Property from an Important Southeast Asian Private Museum auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in November 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 120,000.00 – 260,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 151,200.00 (€ 16,811.91) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cmyk 8 in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 1,096,000.00 (€ 104,004.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tiga Gadis Yunani von Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Figure and Form: Modern Art Featuring Bridging Generations, Property from an Important Southeast Asian Private Museum bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 120.000,00 – 260.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 151.200,00 (€ 16.811,91) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cmyk 8 im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.096.000,00 (€ 104.004,71).
