Auction result well in line with expectations
The work SEBELUM PENTAS by Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. It changed hands for a price of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 37,110.63) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cmyk 8, which sold at auction in October 2013 for HKD 1,096,000.00 (€ 104,004.71).

Die Arbeit SEBELUM PENTAS von Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo kam im Mai 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 37.110,63) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cmyk 8 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2013 für HKD 1.096.000,00 (€ 104.004,71) versteigert wurde.
