Auction result well in line with expectations
In December last year Artcurial held the auction Urban & Pop Contemporary Online, which included the work Back from Malaysia - 2006 by Sun 7. The price achieved of EUR 262.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sun 7 achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 70 Millions De Morts En Temps De Paix..., 2007 in February 2008 with an auction result of EUR 7,187.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Back from Malaysia - 2006 von Sun 7 zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 262,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sun 7 erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 70 Millions De Morts En Temps De Paix..., 2007 im Februar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.187,00.
