Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Man of the field by Suling Wang was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2019. Here, the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 10,625.00 (€ 9,743.24). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Suling Wang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Converging Plateaus, which sold at auction in November 2017 for USD 37,500.00 (€ 31,517.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Man of the field von Suling Wang kam im September 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 10.625,00 (€ 9.743,24) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Suling Wang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Converging Plateaus beobachtet, die im November 2017 für USD 37.500,00 (€ 31.517,90) versteigert wurde.
