This work without title by Subodh Gupta was sold in the The Hoarder Sale auction at Sothebys in London in December 2019. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 18,750.00 (€ 22,160.31), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Subodh Gupta achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2008 with an auction result of HKD 12,980,000.00 (€ 1,320,312.25).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Subodh Gupta wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion The Hoarder Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 22.160,31) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Subodh Gupta erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 12.980.000,00 (€ 1.320.312,25).
