Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Suat Akdemir was sold in the Contemporary Art/Turkish auction at Sothebys in London in April 2010. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,192.53). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Suat Akdemir - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2012 for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,330.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Suat Akdemir wurde im April 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Art/Turkish bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.192,53) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Suat Akdemir mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2012 für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.330,90) versteigert wurde.
